For nearly four decades, NET has helped practitioners around the world support their patients through a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection.
The first NET Basic Seminar was taught in 1988. Just one year later, in 1989, Dr. Scott Walker introduced the first NET SUCCESS seminar.
Why?
Because while Dr. Walker was passionate about helping practitioners learn NET, he also recognized something equally important:
The practitioner matters, too.
He understood that practitioners spend their days supporting others—guiding patients through challenges, helping them heal, and holding space for meaningful transformation. Yet often, the practitioner has little opportunity to focus on their own growth, wellbeing, and development.
NET SUCCESS was created to fill that gap.
More Than Professional Development
While NET Basic teaches practitioners how to apply the technique, NET SUCCESS was designed to support the person behind the practice.
It offers a unique opportunity to step out of the practitioner role and experience the work personally in a safe, supportive, and immersive environment.

A New Vision for 2026: Practitioner Success
Over the past year, Dr. Deb Walker and the Determans, in consultation with Dr. Scott Walker, have been developing a renewed vision for NET SUCCESS.
This year's theme, Practitioner Success, focuses on strengthening the practitioner behind the practice.
Through guided NET processes, experiential learning, reflection, and community connection, participants will explore how to:
- Align with a greater purpose
- Cultivate balanced living
- Strengthen guiding principles in practice and life
- Connect with deeper personal values
- Develop greater authenticity and effectiveness as a practitioner
The goal is simple:
To support the practitioner so they can better support the people they serve.
